Our engineering team visits your site to understand ground conditions, access, safety needs, and technical requirements so we can plan the right manpower and execution strategy.
Step 3
Proposal, BOQ & Planning
We prepare a detailed proposal with BOQ, timelines, and methodology. Once approved, we finalize contracts, resources, and a clear project schedule aligned with your milestones.
Step 4
Mobilization & Setup
We mobilize skilled manpower, machinery, and materials from our network of 5,500+ active workers and 15,000+ mobilization capacity. Site facilities and safety systems are set up before execution begins.
Step 5
Execution & Supervision
Civil, structural, and infrastructure works are executed as per drawings and standards. Our supervisors and engineers monitor daily progress, safety, and quality on site.
Step 6
Quality Checks & Inspections
Each stage is checked for dimensions, materials, and workmanship. Joint inspections with clients and consultants ensure compliance with project specifications and industry norms.
Step 7
Handover & Ongoing Support
We complete finishing, snag removal, and documentation, then formally hand over the project. Our team remains available for post-handover support, future phases, and repeat mobilizations.
